Insurance & Payment Options

I understand that investing in your mental health is a big step—and I’m committed to making care accessible and straightforward. I offer a complimentary yet optional free, 15-minute phone/video consult to answer any questions you might have regarding my therapeutic style, specialty areas, and available appointment times.

Insurance Plans Accepted

I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Optum

  • UnitedHealthcare (UHC)

  • UMR

  • Oxford Health Plans

  • Cigna

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

If your insurance provider is listed, sessions may be partially or fully covered, depending on your specific plan. I’m happy to verify your benefits and help you understand what’s covered before we get started.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA/FSA)

I also accept payment through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). This can be a tax-advantaged way to cover therapy costs if you're paying out-of-pocket.

Self-Pay Rates

If you’re not using insurance or prefer a more private and flexible approach, I offer a clear self-pay structure:

  • Standard Session Rate: $175 per 50-minute session

Sliding Scale Options

I believe therapy should be accessible. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need, with reduced rates ranging from $150 to $100 per session.

Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment details

Please fill out all intake paperwork at least 48 hours prior to your first appointment to ensure that I can verify your insurance benefits and review your paperwork to be fully prepared for our first session together.

Cancellation policies

I require a 48-hour cancelation notice for scheduling simplicity and client accommodation; otherwise, a late fee of $100 will be incurred. However, if I have to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, your next late cancellation fee will be waived.

Payment policies

Clients are required to keep an updated credit card on file and all fees will be charged to the card at the time of service or upon a late cancelation or no-show.
